Our fearless (and humble) leader, Tomi Järvenpää.

At Fiberdom, Tomi plays a central role in shaping our direction, supporting growth, and helping us push the boundaries of what’s possible.

Not one to settle for the obvious path, Tomi also embodies the courage, curiosity, and high standards needed to aim higher, challenge the status quo, and reimagine what’s possible — not just enhancing what already exists.

As he says:

“To build something truly transformative with lasting impact, we have to go beyond incremental improvements — and be bold enough to reinvent entirely.”

From launching new categories to scaling companies, he's worked at the intersection of innovation and impact long before joining Fiberdom. But what makes him the right person to guide us now isn’t just his track record. It’s how he approaches leadership: with genuine trust, quiet confidence, and a way of asking the questions that matter while giving us room to find the answers.

Tomi builds confidence by giving it. He shows up consistently, listens intently, and creates space for each of us to do our best — whether we're navigating commercial partnership conversations, pushing technical limits, or tackling the everyday realities of scaling a startup.

He also brings his own north star to work every day — a belief that “good things will happen to good people.” And lucky for us, he means it.

When he's not helping steer our mission forward, you'll find him planning culinary adventures with his family — always on the hunt for that perfect local dish or experimenting with something new in the kitchen.
